"I have used A&J's Ice on my horses & myself and it's very helpful.  I also use A&J's Arnica Rub on my knee & my wife uses it on her wrist.  The best way for me is to rub the Arnica rub into my knew let it sit for 5 mins.  Then ice pack for 20 mins.  Then go to bed, in the morning it feels great!!  For really bad days, I will do this routine, then use A&J's Ice and it takes away the aches!!"

"When faced with the dilemma of a severely infected tooth during a week-long competition at which I was responsible for the training of 53 horses, and no chance of a dental appointment for another 5 days, I felt that the 'string and doorknob trick' might be my only relief.  Having used A & J's Ice on our horses as a poultice for many years with excellent results, I thought I might as well give it a try.  That night, I began putting a thin layer of  A & J's Ice on my cheek.  The next morning, to my delight, it had drawn some of the infection from the site and reduced the inflammation, thereby easing majority of the pain.  With the help of  A & J's Ice Poultice, the toothache became bearable until I was able to get to the dentist."

"I purchased A & J's Ice upon your recommendation at the Loudoun Benefit Horse Show where I was unable to show my hunter breeding entry, leaving him at home in standing wraps because he was reacting to an insect bite with badly filled legs, fore and hind, and swelling even well above his hocks.  After returning home from the show, I poulticed his legs immediately with A & J's Ice at about 4 PM.  After the poulticed dried, at 10 PM I repoulticed, also giving a gram of bute.  By the next morning the leg oedema had reduced significantly and I repoulticed and gave another gram of bute.  By the evening, about 28 hours after first applying the poultice, the leg filling had reduced nearly to normal.  Each time the poultice dried I was able to curry it off with a gently-applied rubber curry.  I am really pleased with the product and hope to be able to show again this weekend.  I am amazed that it was able to reduce oedema in legs already badly filled.

I was born and raised with horses.  38 years later my family is still in the horse business.  We own Salt River Farm as a family which will be passed on to generations to come.  We have many elderly horses at our farm as well as young show hunters.  Even though we have used different poultices and were quite satisfied over the years with some of them, my opinion changed the day I was given a sample of  A & J's Ice.  I have never used a poultice before where the product stays wet on the animals legs for so many hours (12+).  The legs have absolutely no swelling nor heat in them after this product is washed off.  The  product also is very easy to remove .  Because of the potency of the ingredients you do not have to use a lot on their legs which makes removal easier.  We have a rigorous schedule with our hunters and this product has helped with soundness of the animals without the use of  medication.  I also am a user of the Three Angels Therapeutic Clay and Heavenly Rub...read more here
