"I have used A&J's Ice on my horses & myself and it's very helpful.  I also use A&J's Arnica Rub on my knee & my wife uses it on her wrist.  The best way for me is to rub the Arnica rub into my knew let it sit for 5 mins.  Then ice pack for 20 mins.  Then go to bed, in the morning it feels great!!  For really bad days, I will do this routine, then use A&J's Ice and it takes away the aches!!"

"When I was moving a concrete birdbath bowl around a second level shelf I had not realized what I had done to myself. When I arrived home and sat down for awhile and I went to get up I could not straighten up. My lower back all the way across was tight and painful. The only way to stop it from hurting was to stay in a crouched over position. I decided to try "Angel's Clay" since for once I finally had a reason to. First the "Three Angel's Heavenly Rub" was sprayed on the whole affected area and then the "Therapeutic Clay" was applied. I wore it for about 4 hour's and then washed it off, and went to bed. When I woke up the next morning the right side felt so much better and the left side wasn't as sore. I applied the "Rub" and the "Clay" 1 more time, kept it on for another 4/5 hr's washed it off and the next morning the pain had disappeared and I could straighten all the way up. No evidence that I had hurt myself was there. Even when I received 3 bug bites on my ankle from outside, and the inside of my ankle swelled up. I applied the poultice "once" kept it on for a few hr's, washed it off and I had definition back to my ankle. It had pulled whatever had caused the swelling out. I truly believe "Three Angel's Heavenly Rub" & the "Therapeutic Clay" did help my back injury and my other misfortune's that I have acquired through time. I have used it on swelling's, bruises, soreness of all kinds, you name it, it work's. I reach for "Angel's" product's first before anything else.

"WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! I have used the Poultice on my knee for 3-3 1/2 hours (wet paper towel on top with an ACE bandage), it allowed me to run this morning.  I reapplied the next day to see if I can do a short Hill workout tonight.  I am taking this to my daughter-in-law next week to see how it works for her.  I have some other ideas on applications for the Poultice.  As you suggested, I used the Arnica on my hamstring and it worked well, cannot tell if it was the arnica or Poultice that was most effective with my knee, but think it was the Poultice."

"I want to thank you for the Arnica rub and poultice that you left me last month.  I can not explain how impressed I am with these products!  I had an episode of acute swelling in my left wrist, and had been using ice and anti-inflammatory medication to try and control the inflammation (as per my Dr) with unsatisfactory results.  I applied the poultice as per your instructions, and the following morning, the swelling was down by at least 80%.  That night I sprayed it down with the arnica rub first, and then used the poultice...it was completely normal the next day!  I now use the rub on my joints daily and with any sign of inflammation, I immediately apply the poultice.  Keep up the good work!"
